Remove tumor with pancreas around it. Uaually requires removing the spleen as well.

Remove tail of pancreas and spleen.

Laparoscopic distal pancreatectomy and splenectomy.

SIDE EFFECTS - None. COMPLICATIONS - Bleeding or infection.
