Laparoscopic small bowel resection or Laparoscopic lysis of adhesions.

  Potential complications
 
SIDE EFFECTS - Diarrhea if large section of intestines are removed. COMPLICATIONS - Bleeding, leakage at the site of connection of remaining intestine, and infection.
